Whether you’re drawn to the luminous layers of encaustic painting or eager to dive into the world of solvent-free oils, these new instructors are here to inspire, guide, and spark your creativity.
🔥 Regina B Quinn: Encaustic Explorer & Nature Whisperer
If you’ve ever been mesmerized by the glow of wax, the texture of layered pigment, or the quiet poetry of nature, you’ll want to meet Regina B Quinn. A master of encaustic painting, Regina brings decades of experience across disciplines—from photography and ceramics to theatrical set design. Now based in the Northern Catskills, she’s the current President of International Encaustic Artists and a board member at the Woodstock Art Association & Museum.
Regina’s work is a dance between abstraction and naturalism, inspired by the shifting seasons and quiet drama of the forest floor. Her paintings are rich with texture, transparency, and mystery—scraped, scratched, and layered to reveal hidden depths.
