Since 2017, Arlene’s Artist Materials has hosted the Makers Markets at Arlene’s at our Colonie, NY location. The Makers Markets are a celebration of our community’s creativity and our take on the classic arts and crafts fair. Each market features a curated selection of local creatives showcasing a wide variety of quality, handmade products.

This upstate New York marketplace happens throughout the year—over Mother’s Day weekend, in early September, and during the holiday season. In 2023, we expanded the markets to highlight even more makers and introduce additional events that help us further connect with our community.
