In this workshop, students will learn how to add the "human touch" by painting figures in a quick, gestural way. Especially nice for anyone planning to travel or working in a sketchbook. Kris will start with a demo and give students plenty of exercises to practice painting. These figures will be small and there will be no need to get hung up on the details. This will be a class focused on people painting, not on creating a painting. A supply list will be provided upon registration and supplies are not included in the cost of the workshop.

Please note that our classes are typically held in the lower level of Arlene's. Because access to the lower level is available only by stair, please let us know if using the stairs presents any difficulty for you in advance of the class so we can make alternate arrangements.
