Perspective drawing is a technique that gives three-dimensionality to flat images. Learn how to draw using the 1-Point and 2-Point Perspective System. This is an essential skill that any beginning student artist needs to learn. Students will learn simple steps, tips, and references. In-class demonstrations. Every budding artist should have an understanding of perspective in their skill set. A supply list will be provided upon registration and supplies are not included in the cost of the workshop.

This is an online class. Participants will make art at home with live guidance from the instructor.

What you’ll need:

  • Internet access.
  • An internet-connected device with audio and video capabilities. A computer or laptop is highly recommended, but participants can join by phone or tablet if needed.
  • Zoom, which will be our primary platform. No account is required, and secure links and passwords will be provided by the instructor.
  • Adequate space for making art.
  • Art supplies, as listed on each class's supply list, are provided by email. Participants are responsible for securing the supplies needed for each class (for example, if you already have scissors and glue, you don’t need to order them), and the cost of art supplies is not included in the class fee.
